Embark on a remarkable journey into the world of Wialon, a trusted platform for GPS tracking and IoT with a focus on fleet management. The challenge was to create an image video for a well-known global brand that has been in business for over 20 years, that operates in over 150 countries and with over 2,500 partners, and to show the benefits of the platform. SLON Media helped to craft a compelling promo video that highlights the platform’s key features to attract new partners.
The workflow started with the creation of the script. SLON picked and involved a team of script writers and director who worked in collaboration with Wialon copywriters on the script. The result is a powerful storyline that reveals the platform’s capabilities in a compelling and relatable way.
Then we embarked on a shooting expedition across two locations: Warsaw and Vilnius. In Warsaw we organized a highly productive shooting, by filming in 3 locations in 1 day. We also made a filming expedition to the client’s office in Vilnius, where we captured the Wialon team. The breathtaking footage brought the Wialon story to life, conveying the essence of the platform’s impact on fleet management.
Then, a large post-production team worked on the video in close collaboration with the client. Crafting both 30-second and 15-second versions, we ensured the video’s versatility and impact across different platforms and contexts. We also developed a unique branded packshot. As a result, the source material turned into a high-quality, ready-to-use video.
As the English version of the video took the stage, the response from Wialon partners was extremely positive. Encouraged by the success of the promo video, Wialon decided to prepare adaptations in six languages.
At the post-production stage, we crafted a remarkable White Label version, devoid of Wialon logo, to let the partners utilize the video with their own branding.
